The following subjects are required for modified first grade:
An additional kindergarten-level phonics book is included to ensure students are not missing any fundamental phonics concepts. Students are required to complete both books, which should adequately prepare them for second grade.
Note: You may, or we might, choose different courses from different grade levels if they are more appropriate for your student. CLASS reserves the right to modify course selection based on standardized test scores, course availability, and previous course assignments.
The first two courses listed will be assigned by CLASS unless you choose alternates from those shown below. Write any alternate choices selected in the comments section of your enrollment application.
